Life affects everyone differently – your challenges and goals are unique to your situation and your needs are different. That is why there are several different ways we can work together.

I offer several types of evidence-based coaching services in a variety of areas. This evidence is gleaned from industry, methodical clinical research, most recent findings, and evaluations from the behavioral sciences and other related fields (e.g., psychology, learning theory, emotional intelligence, transformational learning, coaching best practices, etc…). Therefore, all services no matter are of focus are based on proven research and can be considered to be effective change methods.

  • Academic Coaching: coaching program designed for college students to develop skills to improve their time-management, organization, study skills, procrastination, lack of motivation, managing long-term assignments, or other similar challenges that may be impacting their grades and/or progress with their academic tasks.
  • ADHD Coaching: personalized coaching sessions designed for teens and adults (ages 16+) who are struggling with ADHD or ADHD-like symptoms (such as executive functioning difficulties). These sessions can assist in minimizing ADHD/Executive Functioning challenges across several life domains. If the client is a minor (under age 18), at least one parent coaching session is also required prior to the start of working one-on-one with the minor client. 
  • Career Coaching: coaching program designed for individuals who are teens and young adults (16-29) that need more focused assistance with figuring out a major and/or a career choice. These sessions could also assist individuals (ages 18+) who are looking for a new career path, new post-secondary choices, and/or making a career transition. 
  • Life Coaching: personalized coaching sessions designed for individuals (ages 16+) who would like to find a more fulfilling personal life; build self-awareness and confidence; get along better with others, increase self-advocacy, clarify future direction, reduce anxiety/stress, build social connections, develop leadership skills; build resilience, develop a better sense of self, and/or work on various other skills to optimize their academic, personal, and/or professional functioning. 

All individual coaching sessions are 45-50 minutes and include text and/or email support for the duration of the coaching engagement. Custom coaching packages are available upon request. My Coaching Philosophy

I utilize a strengths-based, multi-disciplinary, and multi-cultural approach and provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment for you to grow and learn within. I have experience working with clients across a variety of ages, cultures, and unique challenges and ensure that a variety of frameworks are incorporated into my coaching process. I combine mindfulness-based exercises and/or skill-building techniques with short-term and long-term goal setting to help you make positive and sustainable changes in your life. In our coaching sessions, we work to identify your strengths and natural gifts and learn how to leverage these talents so you can reach your full potential.

All coaching services begin with an informal assessment so that, when we begin coaching, I will understand your needs and goals. From there, I will create an individualized coaching plan or program that incorporates relevant focus areas to increase your awareness of learning and emotional tools that can increase academic, professional, social, and/or personal development.

As, your coach I will track your progress and collect data, so you can continue to concentrate on what is important. Throughout the time I spend with you, focus areas are adjusted as needed when they make progress. You will excel because of my personalized attention, patience, a lot of practice, and hard work. Learning and working through weaknesses will become fun because of a variety of engaging and outside-the-box activities.
