What is Career Discovery coaching?

Career discovery coaching (clients ages 14+) focuses on aligning a client’s passions, skills, and values with a potential career. In a lifetime, individuals typically change careers ten times, and 90% of American workers don’t like their jobs. Often this is because the jobs picked often do not tap into the person’s core passions and strengths. Career discovery coaching offers clients the opportunity to discover their calling, strengths, values and desired contribution, then helps them align potential work opportunities for a more fulfilling life.
